We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Senior Account Executives (SAE)

5-10 Years Experience in Inside Sales, Outside Sales, BPO Sales environments selling directly to clients and prospects over the phone.

MUST have supported large multinational English speaking clients in the past with a strong focus on large American, UK or Canadian clients. SAE’s work closely the VP of Sales to deliver on the targets and quota of the sales department.

Salary ranges from 22K to 30K to start for SAE’s. Commissions and Bonuses + 13th Month Pay are also available to AE’s. This is an Inside Sales position working nights/mornings 12am to 9am

Senior Account Executives (SAE)

5-10 Years Experience in Inside Sales, Outside Sales, BPO Sales environments selling directly to clients and prospects over the phone.

Salary ranges from 22K to 30K to start for SAE’s. Commissions and Bonuses + 13th Month Pay are also available to AE’s. This is an Inside Sales position working nights/mornings 12am to 9am

Junior Sales Associates (JSA)

1-2 Years Experience in Retail Sales, Inside Sales environments selling directly to clients and prospects over the phone. JSA’s work closely with AE’s and SAE’s to deliver on the targets and quota of the sales department.

Salary ranges from 15K to 17K to start for JSA’s. Commissions and Bonuses + 13th Month Pay are also available to JSA’s.

This is an Inside Sales position working nights/mornings 12am to 9am.

Back End Customer Support: Appointment Setting Agents (ASA)

1-2 Years Experience in Retail Sales, Inside Sales environments selling directly to clients and prospects over the phone. ASA’s work closely with AE’s to deliver on the targets and quotas of our clients projects and campaigns. The goal is usually 200-280 Outbound calls per day and setting 15-20 appointments a day. Salary ranges from 15K to 17K to start for JSA’s. Commissions + 13th Month Pay are also available to ASA’s. This is an Inside Sales position working nights/mornings 12am to 9am.

Back End Customer Support: Lead Generation Agents (LGA)

1-2 Years Experience in Retail Sales, Inside Sales environments selling directly to our clients and prospects over the phone. LGA’s work closely with AE’s to deliver on the targets and quota of our clients projects and campaigns. The goal is usually 200-280 Outbound calls per day and getting 15-20 appointments a day. Salary ranges from 15K to 17K to start for LGA’s. Commissions + 13th Month Pay are also available to ASA’s. This is an Inside Sales position working nights/mornings 12am to 9am

Back End Customer Support: Customer Service Agents (CSA)

1-2 Years Experience in Retail Sales or Customer Service environments providing customer service to clients and prospects over the phone. CSA’s work closely with AE’s to deliver on the targets and quota of our clients projects and campaigns. The goal is usually 200-280 Outbound calls per day and getting 15-20 appointments a day. Salary ranges from 15K to 17K to start for CSA’s. Commissions + 13th Month Pay are also available to ASA’s. This is an Inside Support position working nights/mornings 12am to 9am.

Back End Customer Support: Technical Support Representatives (TSR)

1-2 Years Experience in Technical Support or Customer Service environments providing technical support or customer service to clients and prospects over the phone. TSRs work closely with AE’s to deliver on the targets and quota of our clients projects and campaigns. The goal is usually 200-280 Outbound calls per day and getting 15-20 appointments a day. Salary ranges from 18K to 22K to start for TSR’s. Commissions + 13th Month Pay are also available to TSR’s. This is an Inside Support position working nights/mornings 12am to 9am.

Back End Customer: Technical Recruitment Associates (TRA)

1-2 Years Experience in Employment Recruitment or Customer Service environments providing human resources, employment recruitment or customer service to clients and prospects over the phone. TRAs work closely with AE’s to deliver on the targets and quota of our clients projects and campaigns. The goal is usually 200-280 Outbound calls per day and getting 15-20 NEW Recruits per day. Salary ranges from 18K to 22K to start for TRA’s. Commissions + 13th Month Pay are also available to TRA’s. This is an Inside Support position working nights/mornings 12am to 9am.
